📚 PRETTY NICE JOURNEY: GETTING SOME DESERT AND MY FIRST PT APPOINTMENT WAS TODAY... REFLECTION 📚

Im starting to realizethe value in myself. I still have so much to offer this world and I won't stop till I get there. I had my PT appointmenttoday. While she was very clear on how she can't work miracles, that she would start with soft tissuework, binding. Etc..

NEVER MOVE BACKWARDS, APPRECIATETHE PAIN THE STRUGGLE. YOU WILL BE THE BETTER PERSON IN THE END.

You can't get jaded or get stuck in the mentality that you aren't good enough. Just try to be the best version of yourself everyday and if you have a bad or awkward day.... Just keep going. Remember to always follow your gut instincts. Sometimes things happen that you can't control, or even understand but thats why I've decided to do things a bit differently. Of course PT, Nurse, all the services will stay. I mean more about my worth. Im worth more than this, that and any stress that comes my way.

Yes, im broken, yes I may never be the same but I live. I live, hurt live and do it again and again. Do we have a choice? Let it consume us???

First step is to look into this doctor. He's going to be the one that will really help me. It won't be easy but I'm over just sitting waiting for insurance to do something. I have a life I want to live. A blank canvas. I want to paint a new painting. Something different, not tainted or new. A fresh experience and less oppressive. Its out there.

A town, fresh start and a place where no one knows me. Ill disconnect by then. Check in weekly. I'll keep those who stood by my side during hard times and won't pay mind to those that didn't. Guess what, ita OK too. You see we are all on our own journey. Sometimes people, places things, they are like sliding doors. You can stay on the same track, or jump. Im taking this leap to see. Then have a kick ass mansion party with friends. Lololol. Once I fix the issues holding me back from breathing, I can rehabilitate muscle. Ill be so busy living life if I could just get this Doc, and he looks great! I just cant keep waiting on insurance.
