Collection of waste cans to produce pots, part one.
Hello Steemians,
It is interesting to note that after getting canned drinks, the waste cans are littered all over our environment can be collected used in the production of aluminum pots. The pots are extremely beautiful and a wonderful initiative.
This is done by our local black smith and the sizes of various pots will vary depending on the quantity collected. Such cans include Malta, Hero, etc. The next part will involve entirely the whole melting process and is very interesting.
In recent months , for example the influx of this drinks from neighboring Nigeria has been very much high with the fact
with the conflict on-going in the English part of Cameroon, the free circulation of beer has greatly reduced.
However, with this innovation our environment will be a bit free from this waste couple with the fact that it does not easily get decomposed in the soil.
Alternatively, they can equally be collected and sold to the blacksmith. They are very much convenient to be sold reason why they are been flooded in shops across this part of the country.
Please let us join hands to clean our environment for it is our first home.
Improper waste disposal does not only make our environment nasty, but equally give a bad picture about us as well spread diseases unnecessarily.
Together, we can and the time to act is now.
Thanks for reading and support.
I was curious to see a pot made from such scrap aluminium, though :(
Either way yes, waste segregation and recycling is a good initiative. This is what has become a norm here and I can confirm pretty much everyone is better of like this.
Thanks i will do just that sir
Keep it up !
