Hello Steemit Community

As age grows, the human mind basically also develops, intelligence increases, then deep in his heart he asks himself, "why am I here?"

Then the question was answered "I'm here to eat and drink," but if you think about it deeply, these things are also done by animals. If so, what would make someone perfect as a human being and different from other creatures of God? This answer is certainly not right.

Another answer popped up, "I'm here to find and get power". Achieving power and position may be important, but then he is aware and knows that both are temporary. Any type of power will someday fall or vice versa. Power can be taken from others, and other people are waiting to take it or take it away. This answer would not be right either.

Then came the next answer, "I'm here to get the honor". Honor will not be obtained by itself, one must be humble and respectful of others first so that later he gets the honor he is looking for.

When we explore further into our life's journey, we see that our external self desires are the only things we know, while we do not know our true needs, namely our inner needs.

We know that we want good food and clothing, a comfortable and pleasant life, to have respect, and all the means to satisfy our ego, and all of this seems like our only obvious desire. But that does not always accompany us.

Then we think that what we have is only a little and maybe more is needed to satisfy our wants and needs, but after it is reproduced it is still lacking. Even if the entire universe is in our grasp, it still cannot satisfy our desires.

Life is a journey from one pole to another, and the perfection of life is the ultimate goal of this imperfect life. Human nature cannot accept that the end of his life journey is the same as animals, namely birth, life, death and then finished. Human nature wants its life to be more meaningful, it wants its struggle in life to not end in vain.

The meaning of life, that is the key word for human existence. The meaning of life is what distinguishes humans from other creatures. God created man not for nothing, every human being will return to Him to be held accountable when living life in the world.

Thus, the belief in the existence of the afterlife gives a spiritual dimension and idealism to those who believe in living life in this world. Conversely unbelievers interpret their lives only in the dimensions of materialism and pragmatism. Everything is measured by material gain and oriented to immediate or momentary benefit.

In contrast to the faithful who orient their lives to the distant future, the hereafter. He is fully aware that not everything he strives for and strives for in life can be achieved. But he was not disappointed and pleased because he was sure that his struggle was not in vain, all will be rewarded later.

Hopefully it will be useful for all of you and can make yourself more respectful and make the most of life's opportunities.

Regards! Don't Delay Happiness
