Hey everyone, Hope you are having a good day ...


Well, Ukraine extended the quarantine period and I don't know what to do. Staying alone is hard in fact sometimes you just want to hear voices because of silence. Mostly, I feel this crucial moment effect psychologically more than physically. You are leading an isolated life, staying away from social contact but unconsciously your psychology is effecting.

I think self-motivation is a must otherwise those who live alone, it's hard for them to control their mental situations...
