Knowledge Project - [ White Paper | @proconocimiento ]
AT REASON OF BEGINNING
As is well known, Blockchain, is a systemic platform which today is increasing every day and use in electronic means essentially face viable the decentralization of information; that is, deconcentration and access to data generated in an efficient, verifiable and permanent manner.
What is it about ProConocimiento?
Proyecto Conocimiento (@proconocimiento) is also a platform based and participant in the general Blockchain discipline, conceived to contribute significantly with the aforementioned market process privileging its dynamics; besides the consideration and the evaluation of the category intellectual production in the humanistic, scientific, technological and artistic aspects; expressed predominantly in the plurality of written or graphic discourse (digitally).
Proyecto Conocimiento (@proconocimiento) takes as an important reference for its operation, the cryptocurrency Steem and the model that in the current historical moments represents Steemit social network. In practical terms, it will effectively move by the internal discipline of its own spectrum, concomitantly with the Project Venezuela, without excluding other projects equally.
Mission + Aspirations
With the effective development of Proyecto Conocimiento (@proconocimiento) is intended to exercise an action to promote the creation and dissemination of content-quality posts aimed at the creation of knowledge, as well as the awarding of excellence in the referred aspects of intellectual production .
Normative Structure
TITLE I
GENERAL DISPOSITION
Article 1:
This document or White Paper aims to establish the rules and guidelines on the organization, operation and competence of Proyecto Conocimiento.
Article 2:
Proyecto Conocimiento will be coordinated by an Arbitration Committee, constituted by the account @proconocimiento, the curators: @ rmoreno73, @ kakao74, @kiragna, @alexandermoreno, @analealsuarez, @efrageek, and @ alexaaams initially; with the cooperation of the @provenezuela account.
Article 3:
The Arbitration Committee of Proyecto Conocimiento aims to develop the editorial policy that contributes to the stimulation of intellectual creation in all forms, satisfying the humanistic, scientific, technological and artistic needs of the Spanish language community under the hashtag #castellano on the Steemit platform or wherever it may be, under the Blockchain technology in Venezuela, with prospects for a Latin American and global integration.
OF THE PURPOSES
Article 4:
Proyecto Conocimiento will promote the creation and dissemination of posts with content quality aimed at the creation of knowledge under the hashtag #proconocimiento.
Article 5:
The Arbitration Committee of @proconocimiento and / or ad hoc complementary responsible team (if applicable), will establish the necessary criteria to publish and disseminate the post, bibliographic and similar materials of humanistic, scientific, technological and artistic interest associated with knowledge.
Article 6:
Proyecto Conocimiento will promote the organization and execution of events aimed at capturing, exhibiting, promoting and disseminating bibliographic materials resulting from the intellectual creation of the organized community on the Steemit platform or wherever it may be. For this purpose, the criteria and strategies considered convenient will be established.
Article 7:
Proyecto Conocimiento will establish exchanges and agreements with other accounts and / or similar projects for the co-production and diffusion of post with content quality and knowledge creation.
Article 8:
Proyecto Conocimiento will be endowed with human and financial resources through collaborative and voluntary donations that will make possible the fulfillment of its purposes, and may design marketing and distribution programs to self-finance, with the objective of creating a fund that allows the development of an editorial policy based on the Blockchain technology.
Article 9:
Proyecto Conocimiento will create and design collections and series of texts, according to the genre and themes: humanistic, scientific, technological and artistic in question.
TITLE II
OF THE ORGANIZATION
Article 10:
The Arbitration Committee of Proyecto Conocimiento will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of plans and projects aimed at fulfilling its constitutional purposes.
Article 11:
The organizational structure of Proyecto Conocimiento is made up of the following units:
1. Editorial Coordination.
2. Coordination of Organization of Events and Logistics.
Article 12:
The Editorial Coordination Unit integrated by the Arbitration Committee and group of collaborators, is the body in charge of formulating and executing the policies and procedures to produce, create and disseminate texts and / or posts with content quality, aimed at the creation of knowledge of selected works for publication in the @proconocimiento account under hashtag #proconocimiento.
Article 13:
The Organization of Events and Logistics unit is responsible for organizing meet up, conferences, forums, talks, among others. For this purpose, it will formulate the policies for the organization and economic self-management of the activities that may take place.
Article 14:
Those responsible for the units will seek the development, improvement and training of the personnel assigned to Proyecto Conocimiento.
Article 15:
The officials that are necessary for the operation of Proyecto Conocimiento will be proposed by the Arbitration Committee.
Article 16:
For the editorial care and coordination of collections, publishers or publishing institutions may be hired for professional fees or request from the community the support of those editors who, by experience or recognized trajectory in the area, can assume the responsibility assigned to them.
TITLE III
OF OPERATION
Articles 17:
Proyecto Conocimiento will start with the following collections under the hashtag:
From each of these collections can be created series of texts and post related or concomitant.
Article 18:
The texts proposed and / or voluntarily requested for publication will be submitted to the "double blind" arbitration system. In this regard, an instrument will be designed to guarantee a highly qualified literary, technical and scientific arbitration at the hands of experts who will be able to receive professional fees.
Article 19:
What is not covered by this regulation or White Paper will be resolved by the Arbitration Committee of Proyecto Conocimiento and Proyecto Venezuela.
Article 20:
