Greetings of the day beautiful community of Steemit Iron Chef!

I hope you are all doing great and spending a nice week so far!

From my side, it is with great pleasure writing a post after so long...and by my post of the day, I want you to have a feel of the posts we will be looking at in the community with the new changes that will happen shortly!

Let's go for the dish I will be talking about today...

Qatayef with Cheese and Pistachio

Classic Arabic Sweet...

Typically made during the holy month of Ramadan, Qatayef is like a dumpling filled with either a nuts mixture or sweetened cheese...

Soaked in syrup after frying...

It is as usual my wife who made these delicious qatayefs for us to enjoy!

After making the batter and filled with cheese, she fried the qatayefs and then soaked them up in a nice syrup!

Amazing texture...

When you bite in...it is crispy and soaked with syrup on the outside while cheesy inside and so smooth!

A sweet I definitely recommend you to have a try, you can find a lot of great recipes just by a simple click on the internet...
