The Food Diary Game Season :1 - 03.09.21 - #sfcharity50pc - Have you ever tasted 1000 Holes Pancakes!??? I had these for tea time today!!!

One of my main objective for the month of September will be to participate around some other communities around Steemit by posting regularly - I hope I can do it as with Steemit Iron Chef, I do get quite busy, but i'll try my best creating maximum good quality and original content and share with you all!

And SteemitFoods is among the ones I have chosen to be more active as I am a die hard foodie, there's no doubt about that and I need to set some example too!

Now that the founder of the Steemfoods community has launched this beautiful game named : The Food Diary Game I have actually found a nice place to share my daily foods connection. Big thanks to @alikoc07 for running such a big community successfully.

Coming back to today's diary...let me share some foods that I had...

As mentioned yesterday...it is rare that I take a good full breakfast...most of the time I just have a mug of tea and sometime a piece of soft buns with Nutella...this morning me and my daughter Rheem had this!

Today for lunch, my wife prepared a traditional Mauritian Fish Curry with eggplant...it is one of the most loved dish for the Mauritians actually!

The eggplants form a very important role in this dish...you have to fry them before putting together with the fish and curry sauce!

And here's our delicious fish curry with eggplant ready to be enjoyed...

As usual I had mine with my steamed rice...it was a little spicy, but very yummy!

Then Tea Time...the Famous Bahgrir or the 1000 Holes Pancake!!!

Since the day I ate these special pancakes made by my wife, I just love it...

You have to eat them hot with melted butter and pure honey accompanied with some hot tea...just amazing!

Some other time, I will make a post about the recipe and share it in the community! Quite easy to make, but you need to know the consistency of the batter well then they become perfect!

After all these yummy foods, I went to work and wanted to take some photos of the special dishes that we prepared for some guests...but I got so busy that I just couldn't get time to take them...

But my nephew managed to make some video clip of the dessert I did...once I get it i'll share it here!

I can say it a lovely day once again around lots of foods...and even Rheem was so happy enjoying her 1000 Holes Pancakes!!!
