Vitamins K:coconut is rich in antioxidants, has powerful antibacterial properties, and may support better blood sugar control. Its potassium may help reduce blood pressure.
It improves the body's ability to absorb calcium which aids bone development. It also prevents osteoporosis, a condition which makes the bones to stronger.
Vitamins C:Coconut water is an excellent source of vitamin C, with 24mg per one-cup serving. That's 32% of the recommended dietary allowance (RDA).
It also makes our immune system to function well skin health to be shiny and prevent aging and iron absorption.
VitaminE:Coconut oil provides natural source of vitamin E as the skin care vitamin. Vitamin E can help cleaning your skin pores and keep the skin pores unclogged it always makes your skin to be dehydrated .

Magnesium: Magnesium helps move calcium and potassium into the muscles, and it also helps with energy production and organ function , is essential for healthy muscles, nerves, bones and blood sugar levels, and not getting enough.
Zinc: benefits of coconut is it has zinc and selenium, which are essential nutrients for maintaining thyroid function it's also help in wound healing.
Iron: it makes our red blood cells to be strong and in prevent anemia , Coconut meat also contains a high amount of iron, with 1 cup providing around 11% of a person's recommended .

Coconut rice this food is very delicious and with the coconut recipe in it makes it taste better it's widely consumed in nigeria and many s people favorite , coconut rice is a spicy dish, bursting with flavours from the addition of spices and condiments like dried ground crayfish i never get tired of eating cocount rice not my best but satisfying to eat.

Indonesia : This is the country that produces the most coconuts in the world is Indonesia. Indonesia is a very large chain of islands scattered across the Indian and Pacific , with an annual production of 17,190 328 tones this make them to be at the top coconut producing countries.
Philippines is the largest exporter of coconuts globally, accounting for over 20% of total coconut exports , producing 14,931,158 tones of coconut every year. While Indian is the third largest producing coconut annual 13,317,000 tonnes.
Then Brazil is the fourth producing countries it produce 2,744,518 tonnes of coconut annually. While sri Lanka is the fifth producing countries which produces about 2,204,150 tonnes .

Who ever that has not tasted coconut rice should do well to try. I think that's the best and most delicious way of preparing rice. Good luck
