My Actifit Report Card: April 23 2020

I am already publishing the Actifit report because I do not think I would take any more steps today.

I just finished Tabata workout - but what training was it! I haven't had such power for a long time. Half an hour of Tabata training allowed me to burn 485 calories - this is my new record. Half an hour at full power (of course, with breaks according to the HIIT technique).

Again today I did not send the BfObD report, but instead of work on a computer, I preferred to spend this time on workout. It looks like I will do one BfObD summary report of all workouts this week.

Tomorrow I have a day to recover, so maybe I will find time to describe this active week.

Wrzucam już raport, bo chyba nie zrobię dziś ani kroku więcej. Właśnie skończyłem trening - ale co to był za trening! Takiej mocy dawno nie miałem. Pół godziny treningu Tabata pozwoliło mi spalić 485 kalorii - to mój nowy rekord. Pół godziny na pełnym ogniu (oczywiście z zachowaniem interwałów, zgodnych z techniką HIIT).

Znow dziś nie wrzuciłem raportu BfObD, ale zamiast pracować na komputerze, wolałem ten czas wykorzystać na treningu.
Wygląda na to, że zrobię jeden zbiorczych raport BfObD z wszystkich treningów w tym tygodniu.

Jutro mam dzień na regenerację, więc może znajdę czas, by opisać ten aktywny tydzień.
