He estado mejorando a diario con mis hábitos, ando incorporando los que suelen hacer las personas exitosas, como por ejemplo: hacer ejercicio, leer, planificar, comer y dormir bien.
I have been improving my habits on a daily basis, I am incorporating the habits that successful people tend to do, for example: exercise, read, plan, eat and sleep well.
A diario me ejercito con 3 rondas de ejercicios, en la mañana cuando me despierto voy a trotar, tengo un circuito, es una subida hasta llegar a una plaza en donde le doy tres vueltas alrededor y termino regresando a mi casa. Luego en casa hago abdominales y sentadillas.
Every day I exercise with 3 rounds of exercises, in the morning when I wake up I go jogging, I have a circuit, it is a climb until I reach a square where I do three laps around it and I end up going back to my house. Then at home I do sit-ups and squats.
Estos son mis hijos ahhhhhh los amo, el grande es ñeñe tiene como 3 años, el amarillo es ñeñito y tiene 2 años, la blanquita es ñeñita lleva casi 9 meses es odiosa porque recién la sacamos de la calle, todavía no se acostumbra a que le demos amor.

Después de comer directo a la pc a bloguear, leer, y trabajar, ando organizando torneos de juegos, aparte de eso hago trabajos por internet.

Les confieso que mi cuarto estaba horrible, sobre todo el closet, recolecte dos bolsas de basura, ahora tengo más espacio, los zapatos arreglados y los libros organizados. Incluso el cuarto se siente una energía de tranquilidad, tenía acumulado muchas cosas en tanto desorden.
I confess that my room was horrible, especially the closet, I collected two bags of garbage, now I have more space, shoes arranged and books organized. Even the room feels an energy of tranquility, I had accumulated a lot of things in so much clutter.
