I had given up my coffee drinking @purepinay and it made my sleep much better.
Now I can't even finish half a cup of coffee after I tried to drink again which meant that my addiction to it is no more.
Oh I had problem sleeping also if I drink coffee at noon so I make sure I stop drinking anytime after 12noon but I hard not to drink coffee, it's not safe to be around me. Lol
I see that aeropress! I've been thinking about buying one. How do you like it?

I love it! Sometimes I bring it with me during my travels. I made very good tasting coffee from it. Absolutely worth buying!
