Yesterday's late lunch was full of nutrition!
It was one of those days when we feast on some delicioushhealthy food. Grilled pork belly, a thick whole pork belly grilled on hot charcoal, catch of the day that was delivered straight to our doorstep and grilled it to perfection!
We also had slow cooked chicken wings that I marinated overnight and some vegetables; mongo beans with malungay, corns and some fruits, oh don't forget the rice.
Wow!! This dish really look nutrition and it would be really tasty, can you prepare me some of meal and ship it to my address in Ghana?
