World's Daily Food - Saturday Salads /desserts
Sharing something new for me. The ensaladang Dahon Kamote or sweet potato leaves salad. They steamed the leaves added lemon juice and salt then mixed it. Placed on a platter and surrounded by sliced tomatoes and onions.
It was ok but I mostly ate the tomatoes and onions.
Don't mind the candle, they placed a few around to ward off flies and mosquitos.
