The Diary Game: A Student's Diary(07-01-2026)
Hello steem mates, trust you're good? I had a lot on my table yesterday and I was scared I will be able to meet up with each task on time but one thing is certain, I will always prioritize my academics. Waking up to a new day is always a privilege I do not take for granted so when I woke up, I gave thanks to God before proceeding with the task for the day. Those who follows up my blog saw in my previous post that I did wash the dirty clothes at home and those clothes were not dried so after giving thanks to God, I took out all clothes to sun dry. I took my bath after sweeping, got dressed and left to school.
When I got to the lecture hall, I saw few students and from their numbers and looks on their faces, I knew the lecturer had not arrived yet and it was already one hour into the time that was scheduled for the class. I joined the students in waiting for the lecturer who later didn't show up, I left to our faculty sit out where I sat for sometime before my course asked if I had bought GST textbook. That was a reminder and I thanked him for being the channel God used in reminding me of purchasing the textbook, I asked her to escort me to Annex, another arm of my school do I could buy the textbook there. She, herself wanted to buy the textbook too so we both went to the office where the textbook is sold and the lady attended to us politely.
After I was given the textbook, I write my name on it and signed before leaving the office. I went back to the faculty sit out and sat waiting for the next class and while sitting there, another course mate of mine came to advertise her oil perfume to us who were there. I asked her to sample her products which she did and I picked two with strong and masculine fragrance and made payment. She went round advertising her business before coming back to join me and we talked about her marriage introduction that is coming up soon and also invited me to it. It was 2pm so we all walked down to a hall for the next class but met two different lecturers in the same hall though one of them was ours. Two classes were fixed in the same venue so we had to excuse them because they were our senior colleagues.
When the class ended, I walked down to a street called "UDI" to resize my watch I bought from Temu. I was charged five hundred naira to resize it, my friend was with me and asked me to walk her down to a place she'll find a direct bus to Abak where she's based and I did so. After dropping her, I boarded a bus back home, alighted at the junction and walked towards a store to buy spaghetti which I'll prepare for dinner.
I felt really hot when I got home so I had to first take my bath before preparing dinner. I ate when dinner was ready, took another bath before picking up my book to skim through what I was lectured on. When I finished, I stepped outside where I met my roommate dancing with children to the drums that were played in church close to my house. I couldn't help but laugh though it was also beautiful to behold. Sleep came early and I had to submit to nature. It's nice having you read my blog, see you on the next one.
