The Diary Game: Better day with great opportunity (13-12-2024)

Good day my lovely people, I believe you all are doing well and as fine as I am. Hope the winter isn't dealing much with you all. Today's a great day and I'm happy to share my diary with you guys for today.

My day started out quite so well, I woke up feeling strong and energized to carry out the days activities. I got out of bed, brushed, had my bath and stepped outside to weave my hair. My neighbor's child did Justice to my hair, she gave me the exact style I ordered for and I rewarded her with little money for her effort. One thing I learnt so well from my mom is appreciating one's little effort, can't send someone on an errand without rewarding them. The happiness of her face when I gave her the money was on another level and I felt happy and satisfied with her expression.

While Idorenyin(my neighbor's child) was weaving my hair, i asked her sister to help me wash the dirty plates at home so I can fix us something for breakfast and she did. One thing they love about me is, my cooking skills. Each time I mention food to any of them, they're always at attention to run whatever errand I'll require of them. I'm a foodie and even if the whole world is crumbling, one thing I'll never lack is food, either homemade or I order from a bukka. So she did the dishes and also helped me parboil the rice. Since I had most of the ingredients I needed at home to fix the breakfast, I made a native rice for breakfast.

My hair came out really beautiful, I rushed to check the food on fire and noticed it was done and ready to be served. I dished the food for myself, Idorenyin and my little friend. I asked Idorenyin to take beautiful pictures of me while I practice for my modelling career. After the breakfast, Idorenyin asked that I make her up for her birthday photoshoot and though I'm not too good at make up, I had to grab the opportunity. I've only been doing my everyday personal makeup, haven't tried it on someone's else face before so I saw her request as a good opportunity and I seized it.

After having a little rest, I brought out my makeup tools and called Idorenyin to come around so I can make her up for her photoshoot. Her eyebrows were full and needed to be groomed so it will give the perfect arc. I did the grooming and prepped her face for the make up. Few minutes into the make up,her face changed and her beauty was enhanced. I was shocked at the outcome of my work and she loved it. Even her mom complimented my work. Omo, my head swell wetin no good, like! I felt like a guru in the game, don't blame me, it's hard finding people around here who gives genuine review of a person's work. With that outcome, I just said to myself that I'd wear makeup to church on Sunday.

Right after the glam, we went ahead to watch a movie and I couldn't watch till the end with them cos I was tired and needed some rest so I fell asleep few minutes into the movie though I worked up at intervals to receive calls that came in. I slept for over two. When I woke up, I met my neighbor's children playing ludo outside and I joined them. We played the game for hours and good thing was, I was leading in the game. I never loosed and it was so interesting cos I had new tactics I used in winning them each time.

Felt very hungry while playing the game, so I went in and fixed up dinner. After eating the food, I had my bath and sat outside to receive fresh and while sitting outside, I picked my phone and logged in here to write my diary game. This is all for today, thank you for staying with me till now, you all are the reason I'm always motivated to put up something here and it means a lot to me.
