Ready to make pure decadence in a pan?!

  1. Cook hash browns in a large pan on medium-medium high heat (depending on your stove) with olive oil, a little butter, garlic salt, and pepper (to taste).

  2. Stir occasionally but not too much! We aren't making mashed potatoes! 🙂

  3. When they are getting crispy and golden brown, drizzle with honey, stir, and cook a little longer until the honey is crispy 🐝

  4. Make sure you're seated at a table before you take your first bite. The epic scrumptiousness of this dish can be overwhelming - like you finding the love of your life; running across a grassy plain in slow motion toward each other as fireflies sparkle all around you on a beautiful moonlit night.

  5. Enjoy! 🍂🍁🍂🍁

(If you want to take the dish one step closer to heaven, once plated, sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese) * holds front paws up and closes eyes for a moment *
