BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYERS AT WORK.

Sometimes I ask myself if the way my boss at work treats me is the way some other employees out there are treated.

Imagine how hard it can be working around your boss full day everyday. Especially if he's not actually your friend but you only look at him in a perspective of him or her being your boss. It definitely gets worse because everytime you around them, they get to watch your negative side more than your positive side in the business. This makes employees uncomfortable and not open enough at their work places.

Some employers will actually never appreciate the good things but they will always complain about the negatives. Of which I believe all human beings make mistakes it only depends on how often do they repeat these mistakes.
But once an employee adjusts or improves where necessary then he or she understands his/her mistake and puts adjustment into consideration.

It's a very good move for an employer to be open with his or her employees by letting them know on what he doesn't like or on what he or she would like to see at the work premises.
Its actually not advisable for an employer to say negative comments about his employees to other people who ain't part or who are out of the business. He or she as a boss is supposed to sit you down, talks to you on how things are supposed to be done and also ask the employees on what challenges they should be facing at work. This creates an employee-employer relationship hence increasing productivity.

With that in place, employees become free enough to atter out any challenges to their bosses which helps in coming up with quick solutions.

An employer should try his level best to understand his employees and never judge them or run into conclusions about them.

An Employer should respect his or her employees and by doing so the employees will give him or her respect at all times. Because once we treat others good, they will aswell treat us good.
