Philly Cheesesteak
I made this family favorite the other night and everyone loved it.
Philly Cheesesteak:
I used a very thin sliced flank steak marinated in the following:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tablespoons of Penzeys Italian Herb mix
Mix together and add the sliced beef. Marinade overnight or at least a couple of hours.
Slice onions and bell peppers.
I cooked this on the grill. Preheat the grill and place the onions and peppers in foil. Then drain the marinade from the beef and place the beef in foil. Seal both packages close.
Place the packages on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes make sure the meat is cooked through.
We used my garlic flatbread to make the sandwiches. You can find that recipe on a previous post.
Add cheese if wanted and enjoy.
