Food to Remember: My Grandmother's Legacy

Hello there Steemians, the one you saw in the picture is my favorite food, that is halo halo and sisig.

Actually guys, I was at the age of 15 when I first encountered that sumptuous meal, the combination with the sisig and halo halo. That recipe was first introduced to me with my grandmother named Lola Ansing. My Lola for almost and through out the years cooked her best sisig in town with the side dish as desert named halo halo. She was able to build a small eatery in their town in Angeles City, Pampanga and that time the eatery is such a big clique for all the costumers. According to her, many of those who dine in, came in back to eat again and again. So that means she was able to meet "suki" (satisfied) customers in her little business.

But that time also I fell in love to the food that savours me until now, I have to say that I could not resist it when I have a time going to the restaurant or to the mall, I usually have spare moment to have just it for a meal bringing a kind of joy for most of us her grandchildren. That was was also the time to remember her

It's a legacy, for now Lola thank you so much for that first encounter with your recipe and we will continue to be your patronage as time goes by. The more people will enjoy as we continue to do your legacy as well. And I thank you!
