Hello steemians how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day? Today I will be taking part in a contest organised by @manisha.jain9 which is titled Do you meditate?


If You Meditate, How Often Do You Do It And For How Long? If You Don’t, Do You Want To Or Do You Think You Can’t?

We all know that meditation is good as it helps in relaxing the mind and breeding calmness of the mind, but normally I don't always meditate infact I'm not sure that I have meditate before.


But I would say that instead of meditating that I would sleep my stress away and wake up to a new me, jokes aside I would really love to meditate and some day mostly in the morning after exercise I would certainly love to meditate

Do You Prefer Guided Meditation Or Meditating On Your Own?

In this case I would seriously prefer a free form of meditation where I'm not being guided by any instructor or teacher of any kind, I'd prefer to perform my meditation on my own base on my own free will and through an act of my needs.


Engaging in a guided meditation would in a serious note seems very boring and uncalled for as I would prefer meditation of my own just like gyming exercise I don't like being told what to do.


Do You Think Meditation Helps Us? Explain.

Yes it course studies shows that meditation helps in keeping the mind at rest and also contribute greatly in fighting against all forms of stress and anxiety.


Meditation helps to keep the mind at rest and therefore brings general comfort to but the mind, body and soul. So in this case meditation is very good and beneficial to us in so many ways that we can't even explain.

What Message Do You Want To Give To The World Or People About Meditation?

The message I would like to give to the world about meditation is just very simple as we all know from the above that meditation is of great benefit to us generally.


So therefore I would like to urge all of us to always take time to engage in meditation for the purpose of relaxing the mind and bringing comfort to the soul


This will be the end of my entry and I will like to invite some of my friends to join me in this amazing contest

It is true that meditation is good for positive things, I can say the same as you because I do not meditate much, rarely the truth.

But it is good to sleep is also useful, it is not the same but it has a similar function because you clear your mind and rest your body. I usually take naps too and they are usually refreshing.
