Teamwork vs. Individual Work

Greetings dear friends in the steemit world how are you doing today? And thanks so much for reading my post, today I will be participating in a contest organize by @shiftitamanna which is titled Teamwork vs. Individual Work (Which is better?)

Most people prefer to go solo when carrying out a task or any given work but like they say that team work makes a dream work and in this case I would prefer team work to individual work

Why? You may ask, but it's just that through an individual work you will be about to carry out a task fine but with team work you will be able to carry out a task better

Because in a team work were your knowledge stops is where another persons knowledge begins and through that such a job or work will be executed with ease and mysteriously

The difference between team work and individual work is just very simple and clear just like their names inscribes, team work is a kind of work that is being executed or carried out by a group of people or person's that is more than one

While an individual work is a kind of work that is being carried out by a single individual alone without the help of anyone and it is otherwise refers to as solo work

Amongst the two types of modes of work the one which I think 💭 is more progressive is team work and just like I'd said earlier that team work makes a dream work in a sense that in a team work they are more than one head and more than one point of views or ideas

And like they say that two heads are better than one and same is applicable with the case of a team work as two heads joined together are better than one.

Team Work is much more better than individual work in a sense that just like I'd explain earlier that in the case of team work a job is not being carried out by a single point of view or idea rather the job is being executed based on collective ideas from team members and thus such a work is executed in a 100% accuracy.

Unlike in the case of an individual work where one person will be cracking his or her brain to try and figure out what and what not to do with the task at hand and thus unable to get the job done effectively.

This will be the end of my entry and I hope that I have been able to convince you all that team work out weighs and is more better than individual work.
