This is Blake Horton from New Jersey (Famous for its food) Yay! Similarily the man in the picture with those flashing abs and bulking biceps is famous for eating enormous amounts of food. Which can go upto 4000 calories. Yes 4000 calories and still SIX PACK ABS? His meals can vary from whole trays of burgers and tacos to gigantic pizzas and monster cookie sandwhiches and so many new recipes that he makes on his own.

All those calories and who better than your girlfriend to share it with. Lucky guy i would say.

SO HOW DOES HE DO THAT?
The answer is simple INTERMITTENT FASTING. Intermittent fasting is to eat all your calories in one meal. Yes! All that delicious food at once what a time to be alive. Instead of spreading his calory intake in seperate meals he puts all his calory intake of 4000 calories in one meal.

Blake also recommends this method to people who want to lose weight and not only to those who want to maintain their physique. As he lost 60 lbs using this method.

Although I absolutely don't agree with this kind of diet, I don't want to know what he looks like from the inside, intermittent fasting truly is the way!

It's not even that hard to do and it just makes too much sense.

Kids should be taught about intermittent fasting in school :)

As a muslim we practice fasting every year for a month, where we eat at sunrise and break our fast at sunset and believe me when i tell you aside from not being able to drink water this way to eat is the best.

really love this! i believe in interment fasting! I've tried it and it works so much!!! i stopped and need to get back into it!!

Yes its a great way to lose weight or just maintain it. But the best thing is that it was like a myth. No one would try this method since there are very few people who do this. But now we know that its real and the results are also real. Lets eat our way to getting fit :D
