India has canceled 'sari'.......
From now on, the opening and closing ceremony of any of the games will not wear Indian women and sarees! The Olympic Association of India (IOA) has decided that women athletes will take part in this year's Commonwealth Games marquee trousers and blazers.
Women who wear sports athletes, women will wear it like this - It can be said in simple words. The Times of India quoted the IOA as saying that they have taken this decision after discussions with all parties. That means the Indian women's athletes are no longer comfortable in sari.
After the sari, it is a tradition to take part in the inaugural and closing ceremonies of different games. Clear games, Asian Games, but the women's athletes also participated in formal marshal after the sari. India is breaking a tradition by setting a trouser-blazer for them.
