Surabi or serabi is type of pancake that is made of rice flour. This food is also known as khanom khrok in Thailand.

The food is served in many way. Generally, it can be eaten with cooked-coconut milk. This one was served with coconut milk and sweet mango. There was also served with Durian. Lecker
Secara umum, makanan ini disajikan dengan kolak. Yang ini misalnya, ada tambahan mangga yang cukup manis di sajian serabinya. Ada lagi dengan campuran durin, duh enaknya.
