Espresso, read es-press-soh, is an extract from coffee beans processed by a high-pressure machine. Therefore, it can be said that espresso is the essence of coffee beans in the form of a cup of liquid coffee solid and thick in a single shot cup or double shot cup.

The term espresso comes from Italy, where the term was first used in the early 1900s. When translated freely, the meaning of espresso is 'a cup of coffee brewed expressly just for you'. A wonderful term for coffee lovers.
