Assalamualaikum how are you all First of all, greetings, respect and love to all my Steemit moderators, admins, and all my friends. I am here today with a recipe post. My brother-in-law suddenly calls me in the afternoon and says he will eat momos. So in the evening I went to the kitchen to make momos.
I didn't have enough chicken at home, so I decided to do something with my younger brother, so I started making it by adding a small amount of chicken and some vegetables. There were a lot of carrots in the fridge so I added more of them to the chicken. I made momos with everything else and ate them. Alhamdulillah it was a lot of fun. We all had a lot of fun. Now let me share with you how I made momos. First, mince the meat in a blender. Carrots should be cut into small pieces. Along with onion, pepper, coriander leaves, garlic, they will be cut into small pieces.
Then all these small spices should be added along with minced meat, along with garlic paste, ginger paste, vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, red pepper powder, and a little oil and should be kneaded together well. Now keep it aside and make a wax seat. For making sit, I made hot water in medium temperature then take half kg of flour in a bowl with hot water with little amount of salt and leaven from the dough.
Then make a bread with the balloon and cut it with the help of a glass to make a seat. After that, one by one take the seats and fry the momos with the chicken mixed between them. Then let the boiling hot water boil in a pan and put a net like disc on that pan. The water should always be boiling otherwise Mamo will not be cooked. Moms should be placed on the disc of that net.
I will cover it with this and the momos will be boiled in steam. 15, 20 minutes of momota should be boiled. Then lift the lid and drop the momota. Hot hot momos are ready. It will be more fun to play with sauce. I made the sauce by mixing tomato sauce with some chilli flakes, vinegar, beet salt to make it more fun to eat.
Mild spicy mild sour flavor. It is very fun to eat with hot momos. I am sharing below the ingredients for making momos. I hope you will also make it at home and eat it, it will be very fun.
