Hello dear steemit friends how are you all hope doing great and healthy in your life. Today I will share some natural homemade health tips on diabetes control.
We all know diabetes becomes today life style disease condition and became normal for person above age of 40 years. It occurs in our body when there is increased blood sugar level in our body and when our body cell does not respond in adequate metabolism so it is also called as chronic metabolic disorder if not treated at proper time.
What To Avoid
We all knows that for increased sugar level in our body we should avoid sweets, sugar but there are many other thing that we should avoid if we want to escape from the hospital treatment and injections which I think almost people don’t want to prefer because it is a long lasting and uncured disease condition which can be treated only by controlling diet and avoiding things which causes diabetes.
So what should not be eaten during diabetes that is avoiding sweets, fruits which should be avoided in increased blood sugar level they are grapes, mangos, and pomegranate.
In food avoid oily things and extra fat because it decreases metabolism of glucose in body and increased blood sugar level.
What To Eat
Balancing eating pattern is helpful in every disease condition it is the second option or we can say the way that comes after emergency treatment and which helps to cure the disease problem but in this case we can only control it by proper diet plan and at proper time. The diabetic patient should not delay their meal take it at proper time and monitor sugar twice a day or according to your doctor prescription.

Bitter gourd Juice
It is very useful to reduce blood glucose level it contains charantin which helps to decrease sugar level and having ant diabetic property and hypoglycemic compound. You can make its juice and can take it as empty stomach is very beneficial to lower blood sugar level.
Garlic for diabetes
Consult to your doctor it is must but if you don’t want to follow medical advice and can keep control on your diet and can maintain it you can do it at home and can manage it it will help you out to keep your sugar in control. Hope this article will help you to give some important health tips.
