One of the dishes i make at Fords Garage where i work
This is one of the dishes i made at work its called Chicken Henry.
its two 4oz chicken breasts grilled and topped with henry sauce(its a creamy butter sauce with onions and garlic cooked in the sauce) sundried tomatoes, goat cheese and basil ribbions! this entree here is served with mash potatoes and broccolli
