Vietnamese Instant Beef Pho Noodles
Vietnam is the fifth largest country that consumes instant ramen noodles. I thought I'll be trying all the different kinds of Vietnamese instant noodles if I move to Vietnam. However, since they have Korean ramen everywhere here, I always choose the ones I'm familiar with.
I was thinking I should try more Vietnamese ramen, and then this package was cute enough to take my attention at the noodle corner. I saw lots of local people were buying this. It was $1 for one package, and it's not really affordable if you think about the nice beef pho is less than $1 here. Now, I was soooo curious about this noodle so I had to buy them.
The brand Chin-Su brand is famous for its Sriracha sauce or fish sauce, which many Korean tourists buy them as souvenirs.
Honestly, I was surprised by the individual packaging of all sauces. I thought it is a different level but at the same time, it hurt me when I think about the environment.
I can't read any Vietnamese, but when I could figure it out from the pictures on the cover. I guess there are like powdered sauce, green onion & coriander, chili sauce, beef extract, rice noodles.
I open the biggest package first... and it smell like so processed meat lol. I was a little worried, but I decided to just drink broth and not eat this meat 😅
The magical thing happened after pouring water 🤤The soup smells just like Pho, and it looked a lot better than without soup haha.
What do you think? Isn't it look like just beef Pho? The best part of this noodle is the nice coriander flavor I think. The rice noodle was also nice and soft.
I think I rather get a fresh Pho at the restaurant instead of eating instant noodles, but this would be good camping food or quarantine emergency food!
Okay, now I'm craving for real beef Pho 🤣
i have eaten so many instant noodles in my days🤣 big love for noodles
