Les quiero expresar que hacen dos días atrás, tuve la oportunidad de visitar a la vecina del piso 1, para revisar algunas actividades pendientes del Condominio del Edificio. Una vez revisado lo pendiente, buen rato conversando al respecto, me invitó un café. Mientras estuve allí, observé en su ventanal muchas plantas de cactus ornamentales que lucen mucho. Nos acercamos al ventanal y me mostró este tipo de cactus que tenía capullos para florecer. Conversamos acerca de este tipo de plantas y me dijo que este cactus es un hibrido que le habían regalado y que estaba a punto de florecer. Tenía cuatro capullos. Al día siguiente me llamó para tomar algunas fotos de esta preciosa planta, porque ya uno de los capullos había florecido. La visité y saqué mi celular para tomar algunas fotos de esta belleza de planta.

The next day he called me to take some photos of this beautiful plant, because one of the buds had already flowered. I visited her and took out my cell phone to take some photos of this plant beauty.

Bueno, con esta información, me fui al apartamento a buscar por internet la información necesaria para dar con el nombre de este bello cactus. Se trata del Stapelia hybrida, la cual es una planta herbácea. Es un híbrido comercial de lento crecimiento y ligeramente delicado de cultivar, pero con flores impresionantes. Es un híbrido bastante resistente a temporadas de sequía, pero muy susceptible al exceso de agua.
