Here is my opinion about your product.

Pros:

The app is free to download.
It allows people to upload pictures of their homes and create a listing on their smartphones.
Users can chat with you, arrange viewings and even negotiate through the app's instant messaging service.
Users can sidestep agents and secure a fairer deal.
It allow users to use their phone to swipe through homes on sale.
