Blackbox – An efficient Link for Organizations to Connect with Blockchain

Overview:

Blackbox is a distributed application (DApp) which is aiming to provide a decentralized platform for organizations where they can have an interface to link the current paper and electronic contracts with smart contracts. The project is trying to solve the problems of organizations where the tools used are expensive and inaccurate. This lead to inefficiencies. Blackbox is helping organizations to improve their workflows, discard repetitive processes and to quantify the structured and unstructured data so that better decisions could be made. BBOS tokens will be used in this ecosystem and users can earn tokens as they perform various tasks.

Blackbox OS:

BBOS, a DApp, will take into consideration the following elements to improve the business operating systems:

Governance: BBOS will provide flexible solutions to the organizations as every organization have different principles and way of working. The internal proposal system of BBOS will carry out voting, goal alignment and constructive feedback to improve the existing operating systems.

Compensation: BBOS will give fair compensation to all the contributors according to the value provided by them. BBOS will do this with the help of Deliverable Value Points and Proof of Value Protocol. The tokens used in this ecosystem will provide low transaction cost and will reduce the time to complete the payment process.

Identity: In BBOS, employee’s identity will consist of his/her expertise, reputation, and the value contributed by them. This identity will be used to compensate fairly, to provide recommendations etc.

Management: On this decentralized platform the term, “management”, will not only mean reaching organizational goals but it also eliminate all the inefficiencies by improving feedback mechanism and quantifying more information with the help of blockchain technology and artificial intelligence (AI).

Proof of Value:

Proof of Value is used to remove the inefficiencies which takes place at the time of evaluating an employee. The evaluation process in organizations today is affected by biasness, opinions and different benchmarks. Proof of Value is an algorithm which will calculate the value generated by the contributor based on the work quality, role, responsibility and revenue. This will ensure that fair rewards are distributed to the contributors.
