Wonderful beautiful birds! The more beautiful the bird, the more cowardly it is. It's quite difficult to get closer to them. However, if they eat, then there is a chance that they will not notice you. These birds are wintering, and in winter their red muzzle is clearly visible in the middle of white snow.
Look, how they cleverly eat birch seeds! The scraps fly everywhere!
These birds live in flocks, and do everything together. A small flock of goldfinches has chosen a small edge in the forest. I could not get close to them until they began to eat.
They feed, as you guessed, seeds, and in the summer small insects.
