"Islami Bank Hospital is a relatively popular hospital in Bangladesh among private hospitals. The hospital is run by Islami Bank, another popular private bank in Bangladesh. Today, I will try to share with you my, of receiving medical services at this hospital through this contest.

1.Name and location


Another side of Hospital

Islami Bank Hospital is located in Agrabad, a busy area of Chittagong. The cost of treatment in this hospital is relatively low compared to other private hospitals in the country, making it a preferred hospital for lower and middle class people. Since it is located right next to the main road, anyone can easily reach the hospital by autorickshaw, CNG, bus.

The entire hospital floor layout is on the first floor of this fully air-conditioned and CCTV-covered Islami Bank Hospital. Seeing this, a service recipient will easily get an idea of the hospital and will be able to reach the destination of his/her required service. Moreover, he/she will get all the necessary information by going to the reception. Doctor's appointments, various bills, various payments for operations are paid at this reception. There is a report delivery opposite the reception, here all types of test reports are delivered within the stipulated time.The ground floor is well-organized and clean with adequate lighting.

The most specialized unit in this hospital is located on the sixth floor. Here is the operation unit where all types of small and big operations are performed by expert doctors. Basically, this hospital is especially preferable for lower and lower middle class people because the comparative medical expenses are low here. Next to the operation unit, there is a dialysis unit where access is reserved for patients and staff only.ICU and HDU unit is next to the operation theatre of Sixth floor.

The hospital has several specialist doctors and staff. Since the medical expenses of this hospital are less than other hospitals and the services are provided by experienced doctors, there is a rush of patients here every day.

Therefore, sometimes there is some inconsistency in the services provided to the patients by the doctors and the staff on duty. However, the hospital authorities have set up a complaint box where the patient can report any problem if he faces any problem and the authorities will take appropriate steps to resolve the problem.

The hospital has its own ambulance system to transport patients. In addition, wheelchairs are available to take patients to different units in the hospital. In addition to stairs, there is a lift system for everyone to travel.

There is a rooftop canteen on the top floor of the hospital where food is served to patients as well as visitors. Food is served in the canteen on a pre-paid basis. What I like the most is the garden next to this rooftop canteen where you can sit and enjoy tea and coffee.
