| Ginger paste | 1 tsp |
| Garlic paste | 1 tsp |
| Flour | 1/2 cup |
| Cornflour | 4 tbs |
| Tomato sauce | 6 tbs |
| Soya sauce | 1 tbs |
| Black pepper powder | 1 tsp |
| Garam masala | 1 tsp |
| Lemon juice | 1 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Oil | as need |
Making process
Step- 1
To make fried chicken, first gather all the ingredients. Now I lightly cut the chicken pieces down the middle with a knife. This will allow the spices to penetrate better and make it more delicious to eat. Then I wash the chicken pieces well with water and squeeze the chicken pieces to drain the excess water.
Step- 2
I mixed the chicken pieces well with ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, soy sauce, tomato sauce and a little lemon juice. After mixing all the spices, let the chicken sit at room temperature for 30 minutes..
Step- 3
Now I will take half a cup of flour in a bowl. In this flour I will add cornflour, cumin powder, salt and chilli powder mix well. I will use this mixture as a coating for the chicken.
Step- 4
Now I will take some water in another bowl. I will take a piece of chicken from the marinated chicken and first roll it in the flour, then dip it in the water and again roll it in the flour mixture. In this way, I will coat all the chicken pieces in the flour.
Step- 5

At this stage, I will put a frying pan on the stove and heat some oil. Once the oil is hot, I will drop the chicken pieces into it one by one. I will fry them on medium flame for about eight to ten minutes. This will make the chicken juicy inside and the coating on top become crispy.My fried chicken are ready to serve.
✅ 2. Do you think homemade fried chicken is healthier than buying it from outside? Why?
Any food prepared at home is definitely healthier than food prepared outside. Because in preparing any food at home, a sufficient amount of cleanliness is maintained and the ingredients used in preparing the food are fresh. But in outside food, it is seen that hygiene and quality of ingredients are not maintained. Honesty in making this chicken fried outside, the same oil is used for quite some time which is harmful to our health. But oil and all the ingredients are used at home is fresh. So I think definitely homemade chicken fried is more healthier than buying it from outside.
✅ 3. Are the effects of eating fried chicken regularly good or bad?.
Eating fried chicken regularly is not good for our health. When chicken is deep fried, its nutritional value decreases a lot. Moreover, different types of spices are used to make fried chicken, which are not beneficial for our health. Eating fried chicken regularly can cause several other health problems, starting from obesity, blood pressure, cholesterol. However, this fried chicken can be eaten occasionally.
