The Diary Game |27-02-2026 |Eid shopping at night day -1
Greetings,
How are you all of my steemian friends. I am good.Hope you all are well.Today I am sharing my another post.
The holy month of Ramadan is underway. After the end of this Ramadan month, the main religious festival of Muslims, the holy Eid-ul-Fitr, will be celebrated. On the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr, every Muslim shops for his family according to his ability. Today I will go out shopping for my family. I chose the night time to shop.

After leaving home, I first went to the traditional wholesale and retail market of Chittagong, Zahur Hawkers Market. Here, everyone can get necessary clothes at affordable prices. First, I went to my sons' clothing store. To buy clothes for my nephew. After seeing several clothes in the market, I bought a T-shirt and pants for my nephew. To gift my nephew on the occasion of Eid. Although I called my sister-in-law to choose clothes. In this era of online, this much support can be taken for choosing clothes on video calls.

My mother-in-law is staying at my house for the holy month of Ramadan. So I left the hawkers' market and went to Terry Bazaar to buy Eid gifts for my mother-in-law. Every shopping mall was decorated to attract buyers for the holy month of Ramadan. I entered the women's salwar kameez shop and bought two salwar kameez for my mother-in-law from there. However, the shop was crowded with buyers, so there was little opportunity to choose. I had to wait and choose the clothes before buying. The sellers were also busy serving the buyers. The number of buyers at night is higher than during the day.

I really like the culture of Chittagong city. During the month of Ramadan, there is no opportunity to eat food standing inside any shop during the day. Instructions are given at each entry gate of the shop. "No food can be taken standing in the shop before Iftar." After shopping around the market for a while, we felt a little thirsty. So we entered a food shop and refreshed ourselves by drinking Mahalabia and cumin water. Because we have some more shopping left.

During the month of Ramadan, there is more crowd in the market and on the streets at night than during the day. That means less people go out during the day. Since people will go out at night, various fruit shops and other shops were still open on the side of the road for sale. We refreshed ourselves and tried to go shopping at several more shops. After that, we didn't buy much. So we finished shopping like today. Later, we left the market with the intention of going shopping again. When we got home, we freshened up and went to sleep because I had to wake up for Sehri.
