Chocolate pudding recipe
Hello steemit community hope you are very well today I bring you a blog of a recipe to make chocolate pudding I hope you like it
Ingredients
125 grs. Semi sweet grated chocolate
60 grs. Of sugar
4 egg yolks
2 sheets of gelatin without flavor
A little boiling water
¼ liter of cream of milk
½ cup milk
Preparation
Blend the grated chocolate with the ½ cup of milk, let it melt on low heat until it is creamy, when the boil is released add the sugar and the previously beaten egg yolks. Separate the gelatin in the boiling water, add the mixture above, remove from the heat and let stand and then add the whipped cream. Serve them individually, refrigerate to make it look good.
