Who would not like to build their own robot ..? With Poppy Project now you can do it, it has an open source platform where you can create your own robot called: Poppy Humanoid. It is a robot that you can print from home and customize it to your liking. For its assembly does not require great knowledge, just use a pair of screwdrivers and you're done.

Great Hunt!
Love it! There is something for everyone here. Beginners can try out their skills and can get a bunch of help due to the project being open source. And even geniuses can build their own cool robot and then publish the layouts and the data so once more the beginners can try their luck and copy it. On the other side the price is really really high so this has to be a well thought decision.
PS: try to change the size of the pictures so it shows them properly here (for sure a mod will ask you to do that before he will verify this and this saves them and you some time)
