HOW ARE YOU GUYS?

Morning

I was feeling well from last 3 days because I was taking medication but not proper diet maintained so I decided to do one check up from hospital 🏥.I ate breakfast 🥐 and took bus 🚌 and went to Lahore.Lahore is about 4 hours distance from my village.But I have easy way that I can go easily by taking bus that went from my village to directly Lahore.I had check up at mayo hospital.

There doctor check up and change some medication and advise mn tu lose some weight and as well some diet modification.I have put on weight due to cold weather no activities and eating so much heathy diet.So,he advised me to loose some weight.

Afternoon

Then I come back and from nearby shop I eat lunch I can't eat from outside as I came here so many cases of coronaviruses every other 2 person is Covid positive so I was frightened as well I just eat a little.

Evening

Then I took the bus again and comeback towards my home but this time my bad luck all the motor way closed may be due to because evening has fog.So a lot of rush of bushes and we waited for 1 and half hour then bus start slightly moving and a lot of people sitting and take off from 🚌.the 4 hour travels become the 6 hour so I reach around 9 pm.Now I was very tried but before sleeping 😌 I want to share diary with you all.
