HEALTHY RECIPE/LUNCH/WHITE RADISH & FRIED TUNA
Hi to all my followers and to all Steemians!
@realhousewife is back to the kitchen.
As i've said i am going to show some of my cooking recipe.
Today i prepared a simple but nutritious dish for lunch.
I will show you how to cooked the simple white radish into yummy, mouthwatering dish and Fried Tuna fish.
Ingredients:
For the radish
2 gloves of garlic
1 red onion
Tomato
Blended Chilli
Small prawn
White radish
For Fried Tuna Fish
2 slice of tuna
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric
Tamarind
Direction
For the radish
Saute the garlic
Next is red onion
Tomato inside
I make sure to cook well the tomato so the juice will come out and its give more flavorful taste.
Add the blended chilli
Add the prawn.
Just let the prawn turn into red. And you can add the white radish.
Add the radish
Add a cup of water.
Bring the white radish to a boil, then let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
For Fried Tuna
Season with salt,pepper,turmeric and tamarined
Bring the fish into hot cooking oil
Fry until cooked.
