Turkish Translation: Citrus-CAF (%65-% ~ ) #1

I have continued translating the Citrus-CAF. When I started working the project was at %65 and when I finished it was %85.
While I translate the text, somebody maybe translating at the same time. I checked and saw that I translated %10 words.
