There is a saying in Baltimore that crabs may be prepared in fifty ways and that all of them are good.
Sharing to you my way of cooking #crabs in Filipinos style in just simple steps...
Steemed Crab is a simple and easy seafood dish. The crabs simmered in water with salt, I used soda(Sprite) instead to have a sweeter taste. Crabs cooked for less than 8-10 minutes or until the crabs cooked and turns to red. This dish is usually served as appetizer or pulutan with vinegar and chili(labuyo).
Ingredients:
1 Kilo Crab
1 cup soda (Sprite)
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Procedures:
- In a large pot, combine crabs and the rest of ingredients.
- Cover and simmer in medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until crabs color turns to bright red.
- Remove from heat then transfer to serving plate.
- Served with vinegar and chili (labuyo)

Crab is too delicious but please careful of your blood pressure
