Once again we had three answers to this, read them below:

One healthy habit that I can work at cultivating this week, let's see.
Letting things go, rather than holding to things that bother me. I sometimes have a tendency to allow myself to be troubled by different things said, and the truth is, in life everyone has something to say, either good or bad, and most of the time they forget about it, while I continue let it bother me.
So practicing letting go of things that bother me would be a good thing to focus on cultivating this week.
This is a great idea redeemed. Now, for the week, I will be thinking about this, and really focused on it. -@livingwaters

Making sure I get enough rest -@mineisjesus

Myself, I'm going to try to get into more of an actual schedule instead of just doing things whenever. -@redeemed
