What Are the Georgia Guidestones
I found this great Youtube video explaining the purpose of the Georgia Guidestones. This granite monument is located in Elbert County, Georgia. It stands over 19 feet, and has an overweight of 237,746 lbs. It was built in 1980, and features 10 rules written in 12 languages. Many claim that it's a blueprint for eugenics, because the first rule says that we must "maintain humanity under 500,000,000", and the second rule says we must "guide reproduction wisely". The six law says that nations should resolve "external disputes in a world court".
