CHOCOLATE STEAM CAKE
Ingredients :
- 90 gr butter
- 100 gr fine granulated sugar
- 100 gr Full Cream Liquid Milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 50 gr Key Flour
- 25 gr Brown powder good quality
- 1/4 Baking Powder + 1/4 Cake Soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Sauce:
- 60 gr white sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- 40 grams of full cream Liquid Milk
- 30 gr Good Quality Chocolate Powder
(Aq cm using 25gr) - Maize solution to thicken (Less than 1 tbsp dissolved with liquid milk)
How to make :
- Heat Liquid Milk, Butter and Sugar until the sugar melts not to boil
- Shake off the egg + Vanilla Essence, pour it into liquid milk that has warmed nails, mix well with Whisk
- Add to the flour mixture (flour, chocolate, BP) which has been sieved, mix well, pour the cup of aluminum foil / baking sheet that has been smeared with butter.
- Steam around 25-30 minutes until cooked
- Sauce: heat all, maize solution viscosity adjust the taste
