My food of the day, Fried chicken with Magic Sarap.

My food of the day. Fried 🐔 Chicken. The very popular food in the Philippines.

Main Ingredients.
1kilo grams fresh Chicken legs

1kilograms Crispy fry
1small sachet of Magic Sarap
1/2 kilograms Cooking Oil

Procedures
First wash the chicken with plain 💧water 5 times for best results. Chill the chicken legs for 10 minutes.

Pour the Magic Sarap seasonings into the chicken, then mixed well using your hand.

Get empty basin or any empty container and pour the crispy fry powder in to the container, and put the chicken in to the basin with the crispy fry and roll over. Until the chicken completely coated with the crispy fry powder. As you see the illustrations below.

And now is ready to cook. For cooking procedure, put the frying pan into cooking stove and Pre-heat, then add the cooking oil and allow them boil. Set the flame into medium range of 🔥 fire. Put the chicken, and deep frying for best cooking results. And cook them into 15 to 20min until turn to golden brown look. As you see the illustrations below.

And here is the finished product. And ready to serve.
