Risol
Omelet ingredients
1/5 kg of bread flour
2 btr Egg, separate the yolk and white

3 potatoes
5 red onions
2 garlic
5 candlenuts
1/2 bombay

Rougout
- Diced carrots and potatoes
- Blend the other spices
- Celery leaves finely sliced
- Slice the onion
- Heat the oil or butter
- Enter the onion + spices that are mashed, stir until fragrant, then add the carrots and add a little water.
- Put salt + pepper + a little sugar then wait until soft
- After that, enter the flour 1/2 tbsp
- Put the shredded cheese
- Already mixed evenly then turn off the stove
Omelet - Flour + egg yolk + air + salt then mix
- Heat the pan and then pour the mixture
- Then add the rougout + egg that has been boiled in quarters + sausage that has been sliced lengthwise (optional), then roll it like a risol shape
- Repeat until the dough runs out
- Then heat the oil and then the filled and rolled omelette is dipped in egg white and fried
