Deputy Regent Opens Musrenbang RKPK Three Sub-districts in Kuta Blang.
Deputy Regent of Bireuen, Ir Razuardi, MT opened the implementation of the Musrenbang for the District Development Work Plan (RKPK) of Makmur, Kuta Blang and Gandapura Sub-districts, Tuesday (11/3/2025) morning, in the Hall of the Kuta Blang Sub-district Office.
The activity themed "Improving Infrastructure, Competitiveness and Regional Fiscal Independence Supported by Innovative and Islamic-Cultivated Human Resources," was attended by Deputy Chairperson of the DPRK Surya Dharma, SH, and DPRK members, Assistants, heads of SKPK, Sub-district Heads and hundreds of participants from three sub-districts.
Deputy Regent of Bireuen, Ir H Razuardi, MT in his remarks said, among other things, that through this Musrenbang, development plans for 2026 can be prepared and formulated by paying serious attention to the needs of the community which are used as a basis for determining the priority scale.
It was also conveyed that the 2026 Bireuen RKPK Musrenbang in the sub-districts was different from the previous year, this time the implementation was combined with several sub-districts according to the DPRK Member Electoral Districts.
"This is for efficiency and time constraints because we have to carry out the next stage, namely the SKPK/Lintas SKPK forum on March 20-21, 2025 and the 2026 Bireuen RKPK Musenbang at the district level on March 25, 2025," he explained.
The development priorities for Bireuen Regency in 2026 are as follows. Growth and equality of the leading economic sector by increasing production and productivity, increasing investment, empowering MSMEs, increasing food security and social protection.
Improving infrastructure according to spatial planning by paying attention to environmental sustainability and disasters. Improving the quality of human resources, access to health, family quality, gender equality and an inclusive society.
Improving peace and order, strengthening the implementation of Islamic law regulations and values, and strengthening the implementation of Aceh's special autonomy and preserving Acehnese culture.
Arranging governance according to duties and functions, arranging regulations and permits, improving the quality of ASN, implementing risk management, data-based planning, and improving public services based on information technology and regional competitiveness towards regional fiscal independence, explained the Deputy Regent.
The purpose of this Musrenbang is to align development proposals from the village, and to ensure that the proposed activities are in line with the vision of Bireuen Regency, namely "Bireuen is prosperous, intelligent, peaceful and Islamic" and supports the grand vision of leadership initiated through "asta cita".
