In his remarks, dr Mukhtar revealed that RSUD dr Fauziah is committed to becoming a teaching hospital that not only provides quality health services, but also becomes a center for education and training of medical personnel and the development of medical research and innovation.
Some of the targets to be achieved in order to become a teaching hospital include improving the quality of health services, increasing access to specialist medical services, developing health capacity and infrastructure, and making a greater contribution to society and public health.
On that occasion, the Regent of Bireuen, H Mukhlis ST, expressed his appreciation for the development of RSUD dr Fauziah which continues to be committed to providing the best health services despite facing various challenges, both in terms of infrastructure, facilities, and human resources.
"Although there are many challenges to be faced, we can see that this hospital continues to develop and advance.
Therefore, it is important for us to continue to evaluate and formulate a clear vision so that this hospital can provide greater benefits to the community," said Regent Razuardi when opening the meeting.
The Regent also reminded that this hospital must be viewed not only as a place for health services, but as a service center that has a clear vision and mission for the next five years.
"With the right vision, we can map out the direction of the hospital's goals that are more measurable, more innovative, and more responsive to the needs of the community," he added.
The vision that will be formulated in this workshop will be a guide in developing RSUD dr Fauziah Bireuen as a more visionary and innovative hospital.
The Regent emphasized that this hospital does not only focus on medical care, but also acts as a center for education, research, and community service.
The formulation of a clear vision and mission will support the long-term goals of RSUD dr Fauziah, especially in realizing quality health services and making a positive contribution to the development of the medical world and education in Bireuen Regency.
This vision will also be in line with the vision of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Bireuen for the 2025-2029 period, namely Bireuen Makmur, Cerdas, Damai, and Islami.
With this workshop, RSUD dr Fauziah Bireuen hopes to continue to develop into a superior hospital and be able to answer the challenges of future medical needs.
The existence of the hospital as a teaching hospital is expected to not only improve the quality of health services, but also strengthen its role in medical education and research, so that it can have a wider impact on the people of Bireuen and Aceh as a whole.
