When we speak of mind control as it pertains to pedophilia and child sex-trafficking the first thing we naturally think of is the children being programmed... but it goes far beyond that. The public is also being programmed as well, programmed to accept and do nothing about it. For example, television constantly bombards us with images of young children all made up and looking grown up. The "Drag Queen Reading Hour" that's being forced on many municipalities is another method of forced acceptance... the more this behavior proliferates the more normalized it becomes. On the other side of the spectrum are the children having sex "education" forced on them as early as kindergarten. The result is a hypersexualized culture that exploits rather than protects children. This is all part of a plan that was devised decades ago and given to the intelligence agencies to implement.

By now we're all familiar with MKUltra and the Monarch Program, as well as Project Mockingbird that gave the CIA control over the mainstream media. None of these programs happened in isolation. Each has it's own roots and they were designed to work in concert with one another- the mind control aspect being kept quiet by a complicit media. With the epidemic of children disappearing and the proliferation of child sex-trafficking why is it that the media is silent? America is a country known for its love of children. Why is it that you never hear about the numerous cases of children being removed from loving homes and sold into sexual slavery... it's never even mentioned. In 2010 Sen. Nancy Schaefer and her husband were murdered as she was about to expose the link between CPS and child sex-trafficking. It was called a murder-suicide and swept under the rug. This is part of the programming to keep from the public that selling children for sex has become the most lucrative commodity for the Deep State. The social engineering process is done through a British think tank called Tavistock Institute and its network of NGO's, academic institutions and think tanks both in the UK and US. The actual programming techniques come from several sources, a couple of which we'll examine here.

We all know about Project Paperclip where after WWII the US "imported" many Nazi scientists such as Wernher von Braun and other physicists. However, most of those imported were social scientists, psychiatrists and psychologists. The entire Nazi Racial Hygiene program, along with its propaganda were the product of medical professionals- psychiatrists & psychologists- as was the T-4 Programme that was responsible for countless deaths of infants who were "imperfect" along with the mentally disabled and other "cripples." It was all done in the name of science... eugenics to be exact and those programs exist to this day in the US and UK. However these programs couldn't succeed with the complicity of the public and that's where social engineering comes in.

Just briefly, Tavistock Institute was established to help soldiers from WWI deal with "shell shock" or "battle fatigue," what we now call PTSD. What the mental health professionals discovered is that trauma is a very useful tool for mind control. As time went on it was incorporated into what became the social engineering program that is still going on, as will become clearer. I don't want to spend too much time on Tavistock, I wrote a 9-10 part series on them here on Steemit. What's important is that the purpose of Tavistock is social engineering- controlling public perceptions, creating trends and "fads" such as the Beatles.

Tavistock is inextricably linked to British SIS (Secret Intelligence Services) as they are responsible for the "scientific" aspects of their efforts. SIS, MI-6 in particular, is also the precursor and parent organization of the CIA and have been since they were OSS in WWII. The OSS/CIA links in regards to MKUltra/mind control feature some of the most well known people in the therapeutic community at the time as well as some of America's most prestigious academic institutions. 

 Dr. Henry Murray: Psychologist Dr. Henry Alexander Murray (May 13, 1893 – June 23, 1988) of Harvard University was the CIA’s preeminent elder statesman. During World War II, he left Harvard as the director of the Harvard Psychological Clinic to join the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) as a lieutenant colonel. For Allied Forces, particular America and Britain, Dr. Murray developed special psychological assessment tests to recruit and select secret agents. He joined with the Schools and Training Branch of the OSS to write an entire book about the recruitment of special agents called Assessment of Men. The title was later changed to Selection of Personnel for Clandestine Operations: Assessment of Men.

 As chairman of the Department of Social Relations at Harvard, Dr. Murray became an internal part of CIA MK ULTRA‘s clandestine efforts to continue and expand experiments in mind control conducted by Nazi doctors in the concentration camps. The overall program was under the control of the Sidney Gottlieb, head of the CIA’s technical services division. Harvard students, prisoners and many other others became unwitting guinea pigs for inhuman medical and mind control experimentations. They were secretly fed doses of LSD, psilocybin and other drugs of interest to CIA MK ULTRA/MONARCH mind control programs. 

  Burrhus Frederic Skinner (March 20, 1904 – August 18, 1990), commonly known as B. F. Skinner And, he taught the shadow government and the CIA and the ILLUMINATI how to shape children into anything they want- MK ULTRA ritual trauma abused sexual slaves and espionage agents.  Nevertheless his mad scientist experiments, B.F. Skinner was one of the CIA MK ULTRA/MONARCH’s top behavior modification/control consultants and specialists. In a 1956 debate between MK ULTRA consultant  Dr. Carl Rogers and Skinner on “the control of human behavior,” Rogers warned that without careful scrutiny of the ends, goals, and values that lie outside our particular scientific endeavors, we are all much more likely to serve whatever individual or group has the power. 

Another key player in this is Dr. Michael Maccoby, CIA psychologist and close family friend of James Alefantis of Comet Ping Pong fame.  James Achilles Alefantis has a very unusual great friend and mentor in the strange world of international intelligence. He is an elite old school Washington insider. He is a vehement defender of James Alefantis and Comet Ping Pong Pizza. His name is Dr. Michael Maccoby– the head of the Maccoby Group. See what I mean by concentric circles emanating outward intersecting with circles with a different locus of origin. Maccoby is the key, the laminate that holds the Pizzagate narrative together and links it to US Intelligence services. He will come into play again when we look at the Clinton Foundation and their dealings in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake... but for now:

 The Maccoby Group in Washington, D.C. offers consulting, cultural audits, coaching, research and leadership workshops. On strategic intelligence, they offer “A workshop based on more than 35 years of applied research, teaching and consulting with leaders in business, government, unions, universities and non-profit organizations in the United States, Canada, Western Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. They also coach leaders at Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos, homes for orphaned and abandoned children, an orphanage (A Field of Cabbage) in Mexico, Honduras, Haiti, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia and Peru. Like many philanthropies of its kind the Maccoby Group is the perfect front for child sex-trafficking.

Maccoby also partnered with Dr. Erich Fromm of the Frankfurt School and Columbia University... they were in Central America during much of the 1950's and 60's doing research on trauma-based mind control on indigenous populations in remote villages, and as we will soon see perhaps some other things.

When WWII ended much of the focus went on Project Paperclip and the Nazi scientists, but they weren't the only of our enemies with scientists working on some nefarious projects. One of these was the infamous Japanese Unit 731 who were working on chemical and biological warfare. Remember in the short film, Churchill talking about that. One specific thing they were working on was the use of pathogens for mind control.The purpose was to create a "Manchurian Candidate" a necessity if the Tavistock social engineering project is to work. But first a biological attack on America was necessary. To be clear, it wasn't until much later that the US picked up on the Manchurian Candidate. The Japanese wanted to make the first major strike against America, an action that was preempted by the dropping of the A-Bomb.

 In 1939 the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research in New York studied the virulent, unmodified strain of yellow fever virus, ostensibly for the purpose of developing a cure for the disease. The laboratory at that time was under the direction of Dr. Wilbur Sawyer. It was in 1939 that a Japanese Army doctor, Dr. Ryoichi Naito, visited the laboratory with credentials from the Japanese military attaché in Washington to obtain a sample of that strain of the Yellow Fever virus. It was the Rockefellers that gave the virus to Japan- the same Rockefellers behind the push for globalism, not to mention the same Rockefellers that control American education.

 Based on that information, along with other corollary information, the decision was made to build Fort Detrick near Frederick, Maryland to provide a secret laboratory for the study and development of defensive and offensive capability to wage bacteriological warfare (BW). Ft. Detrick is also the home to MKUltra and the LSD experiments on Americans. 

 General Ishii thought that the West's moral codes would not allow for such experimentation and that alone would put Japan on the leading edge of such technology. Healthy humans were needed, so extensive medical tests were even conducted on prospective prisoners. Diseases were forcibly injected or administered with a special stickshaped gun. Some prisoners were infected through food or drink. Cholera, anthrax, TB, typhoid, rickettsia and dysentry were but a few of the bacteria used in the tests. He was wrong. The American brass saw the potential for using these viruses, not only for warfare, but as a powerful threat against populations, even their own. If one part of the country, or specific populations won't play along with the plan, just release a toxin into the air, water or food supply. Remember, social engineering is all about population control- by all and any means. All of those biological warfare movies from Hollywood are merely predictive programming.

  The BW information obtained from Japanese sources should be retained in intelligence channels and should not be employed as `war crimes' evidence." The Japanese officers and scientists involved with Unit 731 were never prosecuted under the war crimes tribunals, they were too useful. This was some of the information that Danny Casolaro had stumbled on.

 Rosenbaum had asked himself what had been going on in Danny's head as he was being whipsawed between the shadowy Riconosciuto and Nichols and their death warnings? In Danny's notes, Rosenbaum had found references to germ warfare and slow acting brain viruses like Mad Cow Disease which could be used against targeted individuals. Had Danny thought HE'D been targeted?  Rosenbaum had described the entire Inslaw/Casolaro affair as "Kafkaesque weirdness." Indeed, after Nichols had handed me the book, "The Search for the Manchurian Candidate" at his Sherman Oaks apartment, I had obtained a copy and recalled the author, John Marks, referring to the CIA> MKUltra (Manchurian Candidate) interrogation methods as Kafkaesque in nature.  

 "The Search for the Manchurian Candidate" gave significant background on the history of biological warfare and mindcontrol research by the CIA. The author, John Marks, obtained much of his material from seven boxes of heavily censored MKUltra financial records and another three or so Artichoke (CIA behavior control program), documents supplemented by interviews.  The original program was headed by General William "Wild Bill" Donovan, a burly, vigorous Republican millionaire who had started as White House intelligence advisor even before Pearl Harbor. A former Columbia College and Columbia Law Graduate, Donovan early on recruited Richard Helms, a young newspaper executive who had gained fame for interviewing Adolf Hitler in 1936 while working for United Press. He would subsequently become the most important sponsor of mind-control research within the CIA, nurturing and promoting it throughout his steady climb to the top of the Agency. 

 The CIA's postWorld War II mindcontrol program was headed by Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, who presided over investigations that ranged from advanced research in amnesia caused by electroshock to dragnet searches through the jungles of Latin America for toxic leaves and barks. Gottlieb's office not only found ways to make Fidel Castro's beard fall out, but he personally provided operators with deadly poisons to assassinate foreign leaders like the Congo's Patrice Lumumba. The same period of time that Erich Fromm and Michael Maccoby were in Latin America working for the CIA.

When we factor in the Finders and their relationship with the CIA along with the fact that Michael Maccoby had begun an "educational program" in Mexico, the destination that Finders gave for the children who were going "to a special school," some of the dots start to be connected. Fromm is a shadowy character as was Cedric Belfrage:

 In 1934, Fromm turned up in New York associated with the Institute of Social Research at Columbia University. The institute was funded by the wealthy Jewish Weil Family of Nazified Argentina. The FBI took a good look at Fromm when he met with English film critic, journalist, writer, and political activist  Cedric Henning Belfrage just after WWII. During the war, he had worked as a Press Control Officer for SHAEF (Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force). SHAEF  was the headquarters of the Commander of Allied forces in north west Europe, General Dwight D. Eisenhower. 

 Belfrage was referenced as a Soviet agent in the US intelligence Venona project, although it appears that he had been working for British Security Co- ordination as a double-agent. Belfrage was linked to Lord Victor Rothschild, who was a top man in MI5 and MI6. Belfrage is seen as being as important as the other Cambridge spies, whose leader was reportedly Lord Victor Rothschild and whose members included Kim Philby, Donald Maclean, Anthony Blunt and Guy Burgess. From 1942-44, Belfrage was employed by MI6 as the right-hand man of William Stephenson, who was the most senior British intelligence officer in the western hemisphere.  In 1962, Belfrage settled in Cuernavaca, Mexico with Fromm and Dr. Maccoby. The bottom line is that Fromm was a secret part of OSS, and the Deep State before the formation of the CIA. He  was part of the deep web absorbed by the CIA that they may not have known just how deep Fromm’s rabbit hole ran. The FBI didn’t know. 

Maccoby and Fromm were running a school in Mexico under the cover of the Mexican Psychoanalytic Society (MPS).  The promoter of MSP was Erich Fromm, the founder of the Mexican Psychoanalytic Society. Fromm began teaching at the NAU of Mexico in 1949 and continued to work there until he retired in 1965. Dr. Guillermo Davila was also an official of a governmental organization of Mexico, the Mexican Social Security Institute. During the early 1950s, Davila had worked in the circle of Dr. Werner Wolff of the Tavistock Institute’s  World Congress (Federation) of Mental Health (WFMH). 

 Tavistock’s Agenda “ … is used to create and topple governments. Tavistock’s objective is to eventually control entire populations between the use of drugs and sophisticated mind control techniques, including group dynamics. Its range of disciplines include anthropology, economics, organizational behavior, political science, psychoanalysis, psychology and sociology.” 

We've come full circle back to Tavistock Institute again. One of the points I wanted to make, in addition that mind control is a necessary condition for institutionalized pedophilia, is that psychology and psychiatry have their roots in politics... they are the mechanisms by which populations are controlled. All propaganda is the product of psychology. The cover-up of institutionalized pedophilia is a product of psychology. If you remember, the Kinsey Report was designed to provide psychological justification to pedophilia (in addition to other perversions). Tavistock is where the psychological underpinnings are incorporated with the political and disseminated throughout the world via the MSM.
